SUMMARY

This project is focused on understanding how waste-derived goods are bought and sold within government supply chains. The project team is mapping out how these goods are currently being sourced by government departments and councils, and looking at what helps or holds back their use. They are also speaking with suppliers to get their perspective, and working towards creating a user-friendly database that will guide councils in choosing proven, sustainable products.
